Car crashes

A car crash turns an ordinary week upside down

Rides to the doctor, a car in the shop, a paycheck that comes up short. We take the insurance side off your plate so you can take care of the rest.

Most crash claims are settled with an insurer, and the insurer's first number is rarely the whole picture. We add up what the crash really cost you before anyone talks about a number.

Crashes we take

  • Rear-end and intersection crashes

  • Rideshare and delivery drivers at fault

  • Uninsured or underinsured drivers

  • Hit-and-run drivers

  • Passengers hurt in someone else's car

  • Pedestrians and cyclists struck by a car

While you heal, we work

You focus on your doctors. We take it from there.

  • Handle the insurers

Calls and letters come to us. You don't have to explain the crash again to a stranger.

  • Collect the records

We request your medical records and bills, the police report and your pay records, and keep them in order.

  • Count the whole loss

Treatment, time off work, future care and the way the injury changes your days, in a written package.

Questions about car crash claims

The other driver says it was my fault. Can I still make a claim?

Often, yes. Fault can be shared, and in many places you can still recover part of your loss. We'll look at the evidence and explain how the rules apply to you.

Who pays my medical bills while the claim is open?

It depends on your health coverage, any medical-payments coverage on a policy and the providers' own arrangements. We'll go through the options with you before you commit to any of them.

My car was totaled. Is that part of this?

The car is a property claim, handled alongside your injury claim. We can help you push for a fair value, or point you to the right office if you'd rather do that part yourself.

Will I have to go to court?

Most claims settle without a trial. If an insurer won't be fair, we'll talk about filing a lawsuit, and the decision is yours.

Describe the crash in your own words

Call or write. We'll tell you what we see and what happens next.
